- Visit the Indian Postal Payments Bank Portal and Choose a Service Request at https://ccc.cept.gov.in/ServiceRequest/request.aspx.
- Now you have been redirected to Service Request! page, then make your request by providing.
- Name.
- Address.
- PIN Code.
- Email ID.
- Mobile Number.
- Select Service as IPPB – Jeevan Pramaan (Digital Life Certificate).
- Request for OTP and Verify it, now the Service Request is generated.

Jeevan Pramaan SBI Video Life Certificate
- SBI Allowed submitting Digital Life Certificate through Video Call.
- Goto SBI Pension Seva Portal at https://www.pensionseva.sbi/VideoLC
- Click on ‘Video LC’ to initiate VLC Process.
- Enter your SBI Pension Account Number and Verify with OTP.
- Accept the Terms and conditions and click on Start Jurnny.
- Keep the Original PAN Card and Click on I’m Ready.
- Grant Permissions to Start Video Call.
- Now a Support agent will attempt the Video Call and asks for 4 Digits code displayed on the Screen.
- Say it and Show your Original PAN Card, and they will get capture it along with your Photo on the video call.
That’s it, the Video Call is completed; similarly, your Jeevan Pramaan Verification is also completed with SBI.
Jeevan Pramaan Download
Those who have successfully applied or submitted their Digital Life Certificate request online or offline can download their Jeevan Pramaan Patra Online using their submitted application reference ID Number once they proceed with their application successfully.
Once Processed with the Digital Life Certificate will get a confirmation SMS along with an Email, in which you will get a download link to download it as a Pdf file format. Otherwise, Follow the steps.
