Reliance Jio has launched new data booster packs for its AirFiber users, allowing them to increase their data usage. Jio AirFiber is an alternative service that offers streaming and entertainment experiences through its Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) service on its 5G Network.
Users can choose from multiple plans, with speed options ranging from 30 Mbps to 1 Gbps (in select areas). However, these plans come with a bundled high-speed usage or Fair Usage Policy of 1 TB (1000GB) per month.
Jio AirFiber Data Booster Pack
Jio has launched two new data add-ons to help users who require substantial data usage and mostly use streaming services. The two new add-ons are the Rs 101 and Rs 251 Data Booster Packs, which supplement the already available Rs 401 Data Booster Pack.
The Rs 101 AirFiber Data Booster Pack provides 100GB of data at the base plan speed, while the Rs 251 Data Pack offers 500GB of data benefit at the same speed as the Active base plan.
Both plans come with Active Base Plan validity. It’s worth noting that the existing Rs 401 Data Booster Pack provides users with an additional 1000GB of data.
Jio AirFiber Data Booster Plan Validity
Jio has clarified that all data booster packs will expire at the same time as the base plan. This means that if you purchase an additional data booster pack, it will expire simultaneously with the associated base plan.
Also, Jio mentioned that the Data Add-on pack will work at the same speed and bill cycle as the existing plan. For instance, if you have a monthly data plan that expires on the 15th of each month and you buy a data booster pack halfway through the month, the booster pack will expire on the 15th along with the base plan.
Additionally, Jio customers can perform multiple recharges of these Data Packs.
