Jharkhand Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the notification and invited the applications for the posts of Guard to fill the 1042 vacancies for the academic year 2022. The eligible and interested candidates can apply to the post through the prescribed format along with other necessary documents on or before the closing date. The details and eligibility criteria for the posts will be given below.

Guard – 1042 Posts (Men- 698 Posts; Women- 344 Posts).
Educational Qualifications & Eligibility Criteria
Candidate must be nationality of India and belongs to Jharkhand state and passed seventh grade from a recognized academic institution.
Age Limit
Candidate should have minimum age limit of 18 years old and should not exceed maximum age limit of 30 years old.

Selection Procedure
The selection procedure will be done based on the written test and personal interview.
Entrance Examination Pattern
The question paper will be designed with 100 questions and each carries one mark. The syllabus of the entrance test will be given below. From each subjects 20 questions will be given.

Pay Scale
For selected candidates the basic pay scale will be as per government norms.
