In the citizens portal the first is link is online registration which is online voter registration for the state of Jharkhand. Now click on that link and you will be taken to a new web page from their website where you have to fill your details for online voter registration.

The new web page will look as in the below given image and after being redirected to it we have to register fist by giving our necessary details. Now click on new registration button in red color and register your account using your mobile number.
Next you will be taken to their registration page where you have to fill your mobile number at first, secondly your email ID and finally the captcha for verification. Now click on register button to register. Then you phone will get a code to verify and then log in into your account and fill details in online voter application form.
