After visiting the site click on fourth link in the left sidebar which is written under “Check your name in voter list” to check your voter status online. Click on the link and you will be redirected to a new webpage where you can check your status. The new webpage will look similar as in the below image.
SO, if you want to check you status you have to provide all necessary details. First blank ill be filled with your district name and second will with you constituency name. After filling these details, fill all your personal details like name and surname.
